Noon time Friday — especially on Friday the Muslim men go to the mosque to pray, often spilling out into the streets. My favorite line of the prayer is the extra one added to the 4:30am prayer — “Praying is better than sleeping”

Ahkenaten — a pharoah who decided that Egypt would just worship one god, Aten. The Amarna style of art is very different than typical ancient Egypt — he has a long face, full lips, and you can’t see but a big belly and very large hips. It is a bit strange looking.

The funerary death mask of Tutanhkamen, the most expensive treasures (this is 12kg of gold) are kept in a special dark room.

The Lion Throne of King Tut — I think I liked it the most of his treasures.
